1. System Informer/Process Hacker 2
System Informer is WAY better than the default Task Manager.
It gives me info on ALL the things xD
It lets me run stuff as TrustedInstaller,it starts and stops services and much, much more!

2. Nestopia
So, have you ever wanted to play NES games, but you don't have an NES?
Well then, Nestopia is for you!
It's an NES emulator.
The reason I'm recommending it is because it's accurate.

3. HxD
HxD is a utility that allows you to hex-edit files.
It's very cool and i, myself, have personally used it!
It's kind of old, but it does the job well!
